摘    要：某多功能支持船改装，要求潜水系统各设备采用模块化配置，且装船后主甲板上设备可实现整体拆除和回装。本文介绍了该改装船潜水系统主要设备布置和安装的步骤及方法，以及安装过程中使用的工装，为同类型船改装工程提供借鉴。

Installing Devices of Diving System for Support Vessel

Abstract： In order not to affect other engineering operations of the ship， the diving equipment adopts modular production mode， and the equipment on the main deck can be dismantled and reloaded after loading. In this paper， according to the layout and requirements of the installation of the diving system for a multifunctional support ship， the steps and methods of the layout and installation of the main equipment of the diving system are described， and the tooling used in the installation process is introduced， which provides a reference for the same type of renovation project.

1     综述

本船为柴电推进、航行于无限航区的多功能支持船，具有DP3动力定位能力；分左右两个机舱及DP分区和配电冗余组，配备1台250 t主动升沉补偿主吊机和1台25 t主动升沉补偿吊机、2套ROV及机库等专业水下设备，作业水深可达 3 000 m；改装船安装一套12人、300 m水深饱和潜水系统，潜水钟通过月池收放，甲板减压舱、控制室、必需生活支持设备集成为模块或摆放到集装箱内，这些设备同自航高压逃生艇及收放架均安装在船尾甲板上；除了船尾甲板设备外，在月池后方下层甲板的集装箱存储间内安装一套气体存储和控制设备，即潜水设备/储气间，这些设备连接到饱和潜水系统及支持船上。（剩余4358字）
