基于OBE理论的体育研究生导师团队课程思政评价体系研究

摘 要:该文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和层次分析法等方法,基于OBE理论构建了体育研究生导师团队课程思政评价体系,充分发挥了评价的预测、诊断、反饋、导向、激励的整体功能。能够发挥导师团队潜能,不断促进导师团队的发展,发挥其主观能动性和创造性,使导师团队自我创新和持续发展能力得到增强。

Research on the Ideological and Political Evaluation System of Sports Graduate Tutor Team Curriculum Based on OBE Theory

Abstract: This article uses methods such as literature review, questionnaire survey, expert interview, and analytic hierarchy process to construct an ideological and political evaluation system for sports graduate supervisor team courses based on OBE theory. It fully utilizes the overall functions of evaluation in prediction, diagnosis, feedback, guidance, and motivation. Being able to unleash the potential of the mentor team, continuously promote its development, unleash its subjective initiative and creativity, and enhance the team's ability for self innovation and sustainable development.

2020年5月28日教育部高等教育司发布的《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》明确指出:建立健全多维度的课程思政建设成效考核评价体系,将课程思政建设成效纳入“双一流”建设监测与成效评价、学科评估、本科教学评估、一流专业和一流课程建设、专业认证、职业教育“双高计划”评价、高校教学绩效考核等评价考核中[1]。(剩余3550字)
