Abstract:Toaddressthe problem thatthe temperatureandhumidityadjustmentof common plasticgreenhouses needs manualrolingcotoncurtains andventilationoperation,whichistime-consumingandlabor-intensive,this studydesignsa temperature and humidity system for plastic greenhouses basedon PIDcontrol technology.The system featuresamodular designfor temperatureandhumiditymeasurement,controloutput,displayandalarm functions,whichenhancesthe conectivityandanti-interference capabilitybetweenmodules,improvingeficiencyand stability.This studyanalyzesand optimizes thecontrolalgorithm,followedbysingle-factorandcomprehensivefield tests insmall-scale greenhouses.The resultsshow that when the initial seting range of temperature and humidity is preset at 25∘-27∘C and 50%-60% ,the average error rate of the system control is 1.2% ,meeting the plant growth requirements of the test cell.This research results provides a reference scheme for the automation technology upgrade of commonplastic greenhouses.
