Abstract:Long-termintakeoffoods with excessveresiduesofenrofloxacin (ENR)posesathreat tohumanhealth,and itis importanttoestablisharapidandhighlysensitivedetectiontechnologytostrengthen themonitoringofitsresiduelevel.This paper synthesized europium-based luminescent metal-organic frameworks (Eu-MOFs)and carbondots (CDs),and prepared molecularly imprinted sol-gel technology,Eu-MOFand CDs-embedded molecularly imprintedpolymer (europium-based luminescent metal-organic frameworks and carbon dots-embedded molecular imprinted polymer, Eu-MOF/CDs@MIP) ratiometric fluorescent probebycombiningmolecularimprintingsol-gel technology.Thematerialswerecharacterized by scaning electronmicroscopy,transmissionelectronmicroscopy,andFourier transform infrared spectroscopy.andtheEuMOF/CDs@MIP probe were applied to the detection of real samples.Theresults show that Eu-MOF/CDs@MIP is a homogeneous spherical structure with stable fluorescence emision,fast mass transferrate and high saturationcapacity. Enrofloxacin significantly enhanced the fluorescence emission of Eu-MOF at 615nm ,while the fluorescence of carbon dots at 430nm remained largely unchanged.Basedon the linear relationship between the ratio of the two fluorescence intensities andtheconcentrationofenrofloxacin,anewmethodforthehighlyselectiveandsensitivedetectionofenrofloxacinwas established. The linear range of the method was 0.03~20.00mg-1 ,the lowest detection limit was 0.01mg⋅L-1 ,andthe recoverieswere 85.0%~108.8% in real samples.
