Abstract: To address the challenges of limited equipment space and insuffcient injection/production process accuracy in ofshore oilfields,a compact skid-mounted profile control equipment was proposed.Through threedimensional topology optimization and modular integration,this skid-mounted equipment’soveralldimension is reduced to 11m2 ,with its space occupation 78% less than conventional equipment,and its weight drops to 9.8 t, (20号 47% lighter than conventional equipment. Considering its profile control requirements,a dual-mode fuzzy PID controller was innovatively designed to suppressthehysteresis-crep effect of hydraulic system.Multi-condition simulation shows that under 50m/s wind load, the maximum equivalent stress of the skid structure is 89.2 MPa,with displacement of 14.3mm ,meeting the requirements of design and ofshore platform applications. The fuzzy PID control reduces the response time to 3.2 s( 68% improved),with a steady-state error ≤O.5 MPa. The field test demonstrates reliable control and operation of the skid-mounted equipment,verifying its engineering practicality. The study results provide a support of technical equipment for efficient development of offshore oilfields.
