Development and ApplicationofDeepwater Subsea Manifold with Integrated Control and Monitoring System

Abstract: To ensure the independent exploitation of offshore oil and gas resources in China,it is particularly important to independentlydevelop the depwater subsea manifold with integrated controland monitoring system. This paper introduces the development and application of China's 5OO m-depth subsea manifold with integrated controland monitoring system.The key technologiesand design methods involved inthe research anddevelopment of deepwater subsea manifold with integrated control and monitoring system are analyzed in detail from seven aspects:process system,general layout,pipework,control system,structural system,corrosion protection system,and underwater robot intervention.The construction and asembly process,precision control technology, and testing technologyof themanifoldareelaborated.According tostatisticsofthenumberand costof theintegrated system,the localization rate of the manifold exceeds 91 % . Since the official commissioning on September 1,2022,the manifold has been running smoothlyand stably,with all indicators meting the design requirements. The research results provide valuable technical reference for research and development of deep and shalow subsea production facilities.
