塔里木富满油田预弯BHA防斜提速技术研究与应用

Abstract: In the earlydrilling processof Fuman oilfield,the botom hole assembly(BHA)with Power-Vand pendulum BHA were mainlyused for deviation controland drilling acceleration.The former had good deviation controlanddrillng acceleration effects,butthe use cost was high.The laterhadlowcost,but the deviation control and drilling acceleration effects were moderate.To accelerate the drilling rate,testand promotion of prebend dynamicdeviation controlanddriling accelerationtechnology werecarriedoutin theoilfield,i.e.,using prebend BHA to carry out deviation control and drilling acceleration operations.In the paper,the 3D mechanical model of prebend BHA and thecalculation modelof BHA deviation control force in combination driling were presented,the influence ofkeyparameters on the deviationcontrolforceof prebend BHA wasanalyzed,andthestructural parameters of prebend BHA were optimized combined with the actual conditions of drill site.The research results show thatthe outer diameterof the stabilizer,therelative positionof thetwo stabilizers andthe degree of bend have a great influence onthe deviation control force of the prebend BHA,and the prebend BHA with large deviation controlforcecanbe obtained byadjusting the structural parameters.The field test results show that the ROP of prebend BHA deviation control and drilling acceleration technologyis 29. 8% to 49.5% higher than thatof BHAwith Power-V or conventional pendulum BHA used in adjacent wels,showing good application potential.
