Abstract： Intheeraof digital intelligence，thedigital platformforarchival accessservices hasanon-negligible value for therealizationoftheequalizationofarchival publicservices，but inthe processofempowerment，therearesuchasuneven developmentof thedigital ecosystem，digital divide，data barrersandother blocking factors，whichneedtobesolvedand adaptedviameasuressuchasimprovingthetop-leveldesignandtechnicalguarante，enhancingthedigitalliteracyofdigially disadvantaged groupsand perfecting the ofline supporting measures，and improving the archival resource sharing and responsibility exemption mechanism，soas to promote the smoth implementationofthe archival public service equalization empowered by the archival access service platform.
