Abstract:Thecore of trustworthy knowledge services incorporates theconcept of trustworthyAI tobuild intelligent knowledgeservicesystems characterizedbyauthenticityreliability,andverifiability.Inresponsetocurrentchallnges in data processing accuracyandservice trustworthiness within AI environments,this paper proposes atrustworthy knowledge serviceframework centeredonthe "Human-in-the-Loop(HITL)"concept,andsystematicallyestablishes threeimplementation pathways: "ensureexplainabityandtransparency","strengthendata traceability,mark standardsandensurequalitycontrol", "realize processcontrol and supervision bydomain experts".The paper thenclarifies the significance ofhuman-machine collaboration inthetrusted knowledge service system.Using the knowledge service platformfortheindustrial microbiologist ChenHaoshengasacase study,thispaperverifies the feasibilityandefectivenessof the trustworthyknowledge servicesystem underthe HITL paradigm.This research provides both methodological and practicalreferences for trustworthy knowledge services in archival development and information resource management in the AI era.
