Abstract： Intheresearchonthe integrateddevelopmentofarchives and cultural industry，it isof greatsignificance to clarifytheinterallogicandoperationmechanismoftheintegration，inordertoanalyzethepathof theirin-depthintegration. Thisarticleintroducesthevaluechainthoryandfistlyanalysestheinteallogicoftheintegrationofarchivesandcultural industry，thenthrough thedeconstructionandreconstructionofthevaluechainofarchivesandculturalindustryclarifes the keyfocus pointoftheintegrationofthetwo.Finaly，itputs forwardthepathofdeep integrateddevelopmentofarchivesand culturalindustryfromfivedimensions：activatingarchivalculturalresources，givingfullplaytouserscreative productivity inovating archival cultural communication，bringing togethertheoperation powerof diversifiedsubjects，and stimulating the consumption power ofarchives users.This article aims at providing theoretical support for promoting the deep integrationof thetwo sides，and realizingthe mutual-beneficial and win-winsituation.
