论共情传播视角下高校校史档案中红色基因的传承策略

——基于长三角地区37所“双一流”高校的调查分析

Abstract：The materials with rich redtraditions and spirit contained inthe historical filesofcoleges and universities have provided a feasible path for the occurrence and functionof empathy communication.Through on-the-spot visits and questionaires onthestatusofupholdingredtraditionsandspirit inthehistorical filesof37"doublefirst-classuniversities in theYangtze River Deltaregion，thecommonachievementsandexisting deficienciesare sortedout，andfromthe perspectiveof empathycommunication，approaches forupholding red traditions and spirit are proposed： promoting red traditions and spirit empathy，developingan empathetic mediamatrix，strengthening thecharacteristic performanceofcultural derivatives and improving theembodied experienceofdigital platforms，iming tofurtheroptimize theupholding ofredtraditions andspirit in the historical files of colleges and universities.
