Research on the Relevance Between Archival Academic Achievements and Policy lssues： Anticipating Policy lssues of the 15th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Archival Undertakings in China

Abstract：Basedonthe perspectiveofthe "EnlightenmentModel"schoolof knowledgeutilization theory，thisstudytakes the papers published in Archives Science Study andArchives Science Buletin from 2016 to 2020 as academic sources.Using methodsofifometricsitevelopsywrdccurcemapsndighfrequecyeyordsatisticaltablesdtifgix majorad two minorresearch themes.These themes and high-frequency keywords arecompared with the key policy points of the14thFive-YearPlanfortheDevelopmentofArchivalUndertakingsin China toexplorethecharacteristicsandpaternsof the transformationofarchivalacademicachievements intopolicyissues.Furthermore，byanalyzingthehigh-frequency keywords in the papers fromthe two journals between 2O21and 2024，andbasedonthe summarized transformation paterns of academic achievements from2016to2020intocontentsinthe14thFive-YearPlanfortheDevelopmentofArchivalUndertakingsin China，thestudy predictskeypolicypointsforthe15thFive-YearPlanfortheDevelopmentofArchival UndertakingsinChina： the promotionof newquality productive forces in sientificand technological archives management，archival govenance， archivalsecuritytheitegatioofdigitalmanitiesanddarchivesinarchalpresevation，andthedevelopmentofial talent.Thisresearchprovidesreferencesforrevealingthecharacteristicsandpatersoftetransformationofarchivalacademic achievements into policies， as well as the future development of archival undertakings.
