依法治档视角下的档案职业道德建设研究

摘  要：本文从依法治档和加强档案职业道德建设的重要性入手，分析了二者之间相辅相成、相互促进的关系，指出档案职业道德建设是依法治档的基础和补充，最后列举了加强档案职业道德建设的途径和方法。

Abstract： This paper starts with the importance of managing Archives according to law and strengthening the construction of Archives professional ethics， analyzes the relationship between the two， points out that the construction of Archives professional ethics is the foundation and supplement of managing Archives according to law， and finally lists the ways and methods to strengthen the construction of Archives professional ethics.
