县域节水型社会达标建设档案管理思考

摘  要：县域节水型社会达标建设是推动全社会节约用水的重要手段。本文针对县域节水型社会达标建设档案管理中存在的问题，从意识薄弱、制度不健全、专业性不强、信息化程度不高四方面进行分析探究，提出增强意识、健全制度、专岗专人、加快数字信息化建设、加强档案安全管理，提升档案开发利用价值的建议。

Abstract：  The construction of a county water-saving society that meets the standards is an important means to promote water conservation in the whole society. Aiming at the problems existing in the archives management of the standard construction of county water-saving society， this paper analyzes and explores from four aspects： weak consciousness， imperfect system， weak professionalism and low degree of informatization， and puts forward some suggestions to enhance consciousness， improve system， assign special personnel， speed up the construction of digital informatization， strengthen archives security management and improve the value of archives development and utilization.
