基层治理创新视阈下完善社区档案管理路径

摘  要：社区档案管理是社区建设和服务的重要基础。当前，社区档案管理和服务还不能有效满足社区建设发展和治理的要求。本文通过梳理社区档案管理中存在的突出问题，结合党中央提出的推进基层治理创新、提高基层治理水平的要求，提出相应的对策建议。

Abstract： Community Archives management is an important basis for community construction and service. At present， the community Archives management and service cannot effectively meet the requirements of community construction， development and governance. This paper combs the outstanding problems existing in the community Archives management， combined with the requirements of the Party Central Committee to promote the innovation of grass-roots governance and improve the level of grass-roots governance， puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
