高校校史档案的育人功能及其实现路径
摘 要:校史档案真实系统地记录学校的发展史,通过校史档案资源的科学管理与合理开发利用,能够增强学校师生对高校的身份认同,能够增加社会大众对高校发展历程的深入了解。在“立德树人”“三全育人”等教育背景下,从高校校史档案资源的具体育人功能出发,进一步探究实现高校校史与育人相结合的实践路径。

Abstract: The school history Archives truly and systematically record the development history of the school. Through the scientific management and rational development and utilization of the school history archive resources, it can enhance the identity of the teachers and students of the school to the university and increase the public's in-depth understanding of the development process of the university. Under the educational background of 'Lide Shuren' and 'Three Complete Education', starting from the specific education function of university history archive resources, it further explores the practical path to realize the combination of university history and education.
