“十四五”期间档案规制与规划的协调实施策略分析

摘  要：本文通过对新修订《中华人民共和国档案法》和“十四五”全国档案事业发展规划的内容分析，探讨了“十四五”期间档案规制与规划的协调实施策略问题，提出以档案工作核心能力建设推进新规制与新规划的实施的策略建议。

Abstract：  This paper analyzes the contents of the newly revised 'Archives Law of the people's Republic of China' and the national Archives development plan in the '14th five year plan'. It discusses the issue of the coordinated implementation strategy of Archives regulation and planning during the'14th Five-Year Plan' period， and proposes the strategy of promoting the implementation of new regulations and new plans with the construction of core competence of archival work.
