基层单位单机版档案管理系统应用的问题与策略探讨

摘  要：本文在结合单机版档案管理系统的具体结构及工作原理的基础上，发现其在基层单位值得推广的优势以及还存在的一些问题，结合国家“十四五”规划加快各行各业数字化转型的背景，为基层单位档案工作的发展提出了思考与建议。

Abstract： Based on the specific structure and operating principle of the system， this article finds its problems besides the advantages of being promoted in grassroots or units. In combination with the scenario that digitalization acceleration of industries articulated in the national'14th Five-Year Plan'， this article provides forward thoughts and suggestions towards the archive management work of the grassroots units.
