Analysis on the learning curve of Da Vinci robotic specialty nurses through the "one-to-one and three steps" training model

AbstractObjective：ToinvestigatethelearningcurveofDa Vincirobotic specialtynurses through the“one-to-oneandthresteps” trainingmodel，provdingcicalisightsforthevelontofboticrsinas.Metod：64casesofbotistedgeis performedatteFsflaedHospaltaledicalUnivesitfroNovebertoecember，eecuedy wererandomlydividdintothegoupA（n=32）andthegroupB（n=32）.IntegoupA，onseniornurseactedasthculatinguead one novicenurseasthescrubnurse.InthegroupB，onenovice nurseservedasthecirculating nurseandoneseniornurseasthescrub nurse.Afterimplementingthe“one-tooneadthsteps”trainingmodel，preoperativepreparationtie，sterilearierstablsent time，andpostoperativeshutdowntimewererecordedandcomparedbetweenthetwogroupstoidentifythelearingplateauThenthe learningcurvefornovice nurses inDaVinciroboticspecialtytraining wereploted.Results：Whennovice nursesactedassruburses， 15casesof preoperativedevicecoectionandsterilematerialtrollypreparation，and2Oasesofsterileamsleevepreparationwere requiredtoreachthelaingplateau.Whennoviceursesactedasciulating uses，24casesofpostoperativeshutdownandinstruent documentationwereneededtochevetheplateau.Concusion：roughthe“o-tooneandthresteps”trainingmodelicenus require approximately 2O Da Vinci robot-assisted surgery cases to proficiently master both scrub and circulating roles.
