AbstractObjective:ToinvestigatethelearningcurveofDa Vincirobotic specialtynurses through the“one-to-oneandthresteps” trainingmodel,provdingcicalisightsforthevelontofboticrsinas.Metod:64casesofbotistedgeis performedatteFsflaedHospaltaledicalUnivesitfroNovebertoecember,eecuedy wererandomlydividdintothegoupA(n=32)andthegroupB(n=32).IntegoupA,onseniornurseactedasthculatinguead one novicenurseasthescrubnurse.InthegroupB,onenovice nurseservedasthecirculating nurseandoneseniornurseasthescrub nurse.Afterimplementingthe“one-tooneadthsteps”trainingmodel,preoperativepreparationtie,sterilearierstablsent time,andpostoperativeshutdowntimewererecordedandcomparedbetweenthetwogroupstoidentifythelearingplateauThenthe learningcurvefornovice nurses inDaVinciroboticspecialtytraining wereploted.Results:Whennovice nursesactedassruburses, 15casesof preoperativedevicecoectionandsterilematerialtrollypreparation,and2Oasesofsterileamsleevepreparationwere requiredtoreachthelaingplateau.Whennoviceursesactedasciulating uses,24casesofpostoperativeshutdownandinstruent documentationwereneededtochevetheplateau.Concusion:roughthe“o-tooneandthresteps”trainingmodelicenus require approximately 2O Da Vinci robot-assisted surgery cases to proficiently master both scrub and circulating roles.
