AbstractObjective:Toexploretheimprovement efectofupperlimbrehablitationrobot-asstedtrainingonupperlimb function inelderlystroke patientsMethods:8Oelderlystroke patients who were treated inNanjingGaochun People’s HospitalfomJauary 2021 to January 2O24 were selected. They were randomly divided into the control group ( n =40, conventional rehabilitation training) andthe observation group( n =40,conventional rehabilitation combined with upper limbrehabilitationrobot-assisted training)using the randomnumbertablemethod.Allpatientsreceiveda4-week treatment.Upperlimbmotorfunction, activitiesofdailyliving (ADL), andcomprehensivefunctional independencebeforeandafter treatmentwerecomparedbetweenthetwo groupsof patients. Results: After treatment, othgroupsshowedsignificantimprovementinupperlimbmotorfunctionADL,andcomprehensivefunctional independence ( P<0 . 0 5 ) ,while theabove indicators inthe observation group showed significantly greater improvement than those in the control group ( P<0 . 0 5 ) .Conclusion: Upper limb rehabilitation robot-assisted training cansignificantly improve upper limb motor function, ADL,andcomprehensivefunctional independenceinelderlystrokepatients, whichis worthyofclinicalrecommendation..
