Effect of upper limb rehabilitation robot combined with bilateral sequential rTMS on promoting rehabilitation of stroke patients

AbstractObjective：Toexploretheeffectofupperlimbrehabilitationobotcombinedwithbilateralsequentialrepetitivetransanial magneticstimulation（rTMS）opromotingrehabilitationoftrokepatients.Methods：82strokepatientsadmitedtoDzhouIntegrated TCM&Western Medicine HospitalfromJanuary 2O2 to August 2O24 were selected.They were divided into the studygroup （n=41） andtheontrolgroup（n=4l）usingarandomnumbertable.Patientsinthecontrolgroupweregivensymptomaticdrugtreatmetand conventionalhabiliationintervention，whilethestudygoupeceivedupperlibreabilitationrobottrainingcombinedwithilateal sequentialrTSinterventiononthebasisoftecontrolgoup.Thechangesofupperimbmovementandhandfunction，wistrageof motion，ndmotorevokedpotential（EP）levelsbeforeandafterinterventionwereomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results：Before intervention，there was no significant diference in the above indicators between the two groups （ P>0 . 0 5 ） .Afterintervention，theAUEscoreofupperlimbmotorfunction，UEFscoreofhandfunction，MBsoreforactivitiesofailylivingandthecoresofacie of wristrangeofmotion（alarflexion，dorsalextensionadialdeviatio，andunadeviatio）intestudygoupwerehghrantoe in the control group （ P - Key wordsStroke； UpperLimbRehabilitationRobot；BilateralSequentialrTMS； UpperLimbFunction；MotorEvokedPotential
