Application robot-assisted laparoscopic nerve-sparing radical hysterectomy in the treatment cervical cancer
AbstractObjective:Toexploretheapplicationrobot-asstedlaparoscopicnervesparingradicalhysterectomy(LNRH)inthe treatmentcervicalcanceritsefectonpatients’urodynamicparametersquality ife.Methods:8Ocervicalcancerpatients in fromJanuary2O21toOctober2O24wereselected.Theyweredividedintotheontrol group (laparoscopic radical hysterectomy, n=4O) the observation group (robot-asssted LNSRH, n =40) according to different surgical procedures.Surgical indicators,urodyamic parameters,qualitylife,incidencecomplicationswerecomparedbetweenthewo groupsfpatients.Results:Nstatiticallysgnificantdierenceasbseredeteenthetwogoupsitsfoperativeti,lph node dissection, intraoperative blood loss ( P>0 . 0 5 ) .Compared to the control group,the observation group had lower postoperative urinary catheter retention time,residual urine volume, total incidence rate complications( P - <0.05),but higher bladder capacity maximum urethral pressure ( P <0.05).The scores physical,emotional,functional social conditions in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P<0 . 0 5 ) .Conclusion:Robot-assisted LNSRH is effective inimprovingurodynamic parameters,enhancing qualitylife, decreasing the incidence complications in patients with cervical cancer.
