AbstractObjective:Toanalyetheinterventionefectofbiofeedback electrical stimulationcombinedwithrehabilitationrobot ontherecoveryoflowerlimb dysfunction inpost-stroke patients.Methods:97 patients withlowerlimb dysfunctionafter stroke who wereadmited to fromMarch2O21toMarch2O24 wereselected. They were randomlydividedintothecontrolgroup(n=48,biofedbackelectricalstimulation)andtheobservationgroup(n=49,biofeedack electricalstimulationcombined withrehabilitationrobotintervention). Both groups underwent4 weeksof training.Lowerlimb function, gaittatus, qualityoflife, urologicalindicators, nddesereactioswereomparedbtweentetwogoupsofatits. Results:Comparedwiththecontrolgroup,theobservationgroupshowedsignificantlyhigerFugl-MeyerAsessmentforLowerExtremity (FMA-LE) scores and Berg Balance Scale (BBS) scores after 4 weeks of treatment ( P < 0 . 0 5) . The observation group also showed higher FunctionalAmbulation Category (FAC)scores, greaterstepfrequencyandspeed, andshortergaitcyclecomparedtothecontrolgroup ( P <0.05).Aditionaly,higherAtivitiesofDailyLiving Scale (ADL)scoresandStroke Specific QualityofLifeScale (SS-QOL)scores were found in the observation group than those in the control group ( P<0 . 0 5 ) . Neurological indicators in the observation group showed higherlevelsofervegowthfctor(NG)andrainderivedneurotroicfacto(BDNF),utlowerlevelsofneuro-specificoase(E) compared to those in the control group ( P<0 . 0 5 ) .Conclusion:Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation robots can promotethecoveyflbuctiopeitatuslateseulgicaliicatosdaedilyvingbilitydlf life in post-stroke patients with lower limb dysfunction.
