Abstract:With the advancement the global energy transition and sustainable development goals,the photovoltaic industry has become an important pilar clean energy. Although various influencing factors the development the photovoltaic industry have been discussed,the dynamic evolution the synergy between technology,market and policy has not been deeply analyzed. In this paper,the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)method is used to analyze the synergistic effect and evolution path technology,market and policy on the development China's photovoltaic industry from 2ooo to 2023.Itis found that technological advancement is a necessary condition for a high level industrial development,highlighting its key role in industrial development,while other factors cannot alone constitute a necessary condition for the level industrial development.The rapid development the photovoltaic industry stems from the synergy technology,market and policy,and these factors show different combination effects indifferent time periods.In theearly stage development,it is dominated by external markets and policies,in the middle stage development,it is drivenby the synergy technology,market and policy,and in the mature stage development,it is mainly driven by technology and market,and policies play a cooperative role. There is a certain substitution relationship between different configuration conditions. The high quality development the photovoltaic industry needs to dynamically optimize policy design for market and technology development,and stimulate the efficiency market intermediaries such as industry associations.
