Construction of early postoperative drinking program after pancreaticoduodenectomy under concept of enhanced recovery after surgery

Abstract  Objective：To construct an early drinking program after pancreaticoduodenectomy.Methods：15 medical and nursing experts engaged in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery were selected by purposive sampling method. The Delphi expert letter consultation method was used to construct the early drinking program for patients after pancreaticoduodenectomy.Results：Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted. The effective recovery rates of the questionnaires were both 100%， the expert authority coefficients were 0.92， and the Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.272， 0.342（both P<0.05）.Finally， the early drinking program after pancreaticoduodenectomy included 6 first-level items， 19 second-level items and 28 third-level items.Conclusion：The early drinking program after pancreaticoduodenectomy constructed is scientific and feasible， which can provide references for clinical patients to promote enhanced recovery.
