摘要  介绍反刍性沉思的作用机制，并对以反刍性沉思为中心的认知行为疗法、正念认知疗法、接纳与承诺疗法、认知控制训练、表达性写作、时间观疗法及其他护理方法的研究现状及进展进行综述，以期为今后开展心理护理专科实践和构建新的干预方案提供参考。（剩余13574字）
