Abstract  Objective：To construct perioperative nursing sensitivity index system for 3D thoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy.Methods：Based on Donabedian's three⁃dimensional quality evaluation model of "structure process result"，the perioperative nursing sensitivity index system for 3D thoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy was formed through literature search，semi⁃structured interviews，in hospital expert meetings，and Delphi expert consultation method.Results：The recovery rate of the 2 rounds of correspondence questionnaires both were 100%.The authority coefficient of correspondence experts was 0.884.The Kendall coordination coefficients of expert opinions on the first level，second level，and third level indicators in two rounds of correspondence were all statistically significant（P<0.001）.After two rounds of expert consultation，the final constructed perioperative nursing sensitivity index system for 3D thoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy includes 3 primary indicators，6 secondary indicators，and 29 tertiary indicators.Among them，the weight value of the process indicator was the highest（0.575），and the coefficient of variation of all indicators were<0.25.Conclusions：Perioperative nursing sensitivity index system for 3D thoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy has a certain degree of scientific and reliable content，which is comprehensive and can provide reference for the quality evaluation of specialized nursing in 3D thoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy.
