Abstract：Basedontheconnotationofhigh-qualitydevelopmentof manufacturingindustry，anevaluationindexsystemis constructedwitigndntellgnt，reen，nintegatedgoalsaseectivsofgqualitvelopentofafcuing industry.Therandomforestalgorithmconsideringregionalvariablesisusedtoevaluatethelevelofhigh-qualitydevelopmentof manufacturing industryin3Oprovincesof Chinafrom2012to2O21，andanalyzetheirdevelopmenttrendsandspatial characteritics.Furthermore，theDgumGinicoeffcientmethodisusedtorevealregionaldiferencsandtheirsources.inally， theQuadraticAsignmentProcedure（QAP）isusedtoexplore theformationmechanismof spatial diferences.Theresultsshow that：Thehigh-qualitydevelopmentlevelofChina‘smanufacturing industryhasbeenimprovingyearbyyear，butthereare significantregionaldiferences.Theconnectionbetwenhigh-qualitydevelopmentofmanufacturingindustriesbetweenprovicesis becoming increasinglyclose，showingacleartrendofagglomeration，andthediferencesaregraduallywidening.Theinfluenceof factorssuchastheprogressvenessofproductiontechnology，thetransformationeficiencyofscientificandtechnological achievements，televelofdigitaltchnology，andthemarketizationlevelofinformationtechologyservicesisgaduallineasing.
