Abstract：Thecomprehensiveutilizationrateofusefulcomponentsofstrategicmineralsintailingsisnothigh，leadigtoa significantwasteofbeneficialresoures.Thispaperselects2OtypicaltailingsstoragefacilityinHebeiprovincethatcontaincobalt， vanadium，titanium，phosphorus，gold，ndotherassociatedminerals.Through fieldinvestigationsofthecurrntstatus，scale， andsuroundingenvironmentalconditionsofthetailingsstoragefacility，over1Ocolectedsamplesweresubjectedtochemical analysis.Theanalysisresultsshowthatthevanadiumcontentintwoironoretailings，thezinccontentinonezinc-molybdenumore tailing，andtheleadcontentinonelead-zincoretalingreachedtheboundarygradeofgeneralindustrialstandards，indicating potentialforresourceutilizationandreserves.Theresearch indicatesthatthecontentofusefulcomponents insomeminingarea tailingsreachestheboundarygradeofgeneralindustrialstandards.Underextremeconditionsofresourcescarcity，orwhere technologicalandeconomicindicatorsarefeasible，tailingscanberecycledthroughre-mining.Atthesametime，efortsfrom government，enterprises，andresearch institutions are needed in terms of technology，funding，andsupportive policies.
