Abstract：Weihai city，relying on its unique geographical environment and temperate maritime climate，has developed a characteristic agricultural product industry represented by figs，apples，and American ginseng. However，with the intensification of market competition，rising costs，and insuficient brand influence，the characteristic agricultural products of Weihai urgently need to explore development paths that enhance quality and effciency.This paper systematicall reviewed the current development status of characteristic agricultural products in Weihai city，and analyzed aspects such asplanting techniques，market sales，brand construction， and processing technologies.It explored the path of improving the quality and efficiency of Weihai's characteristicagricultural products through aspects of technological innovation，brand building，industrial chain improvement，and market expansion，aiming to promote the sustainable and healthy development of Weihai's characteristic agricultural product industry.
