Research progress on mechanical properties of polymer materials

Abstract:Polymer materials have theadvantages of fastcuring,high bondstrength,simple construction,waterproof and impermeability,etc.,and have obvious appication efects intherepairof highwaypavement subgrade,anti-seepage reinforcementofembankments,liftingofballstlesstracksofhigh-speedrailways,and preventionandcontrolofunderground pipeline hollowingdiseases.Through thequasi-staticcompresion test,itis known thatthe pavement deflectionvaluedecreasessignificantlyaftertherepairofthepolymergroutingmaterial,indicatingthattheroadtrengthandintegrityareimproved,andthe elastic modulus,compressve strengthandquasi-staticenergydisspationofthematerial increase withthe increaseof density.At present,,there have been manyexperimental studies onthe mechanical properties of polymer materials.In thisarticle,we willreview theresearch methods,achievements and future trends inthis field in detail.

1引言

有机高分子材料又称聚合物或高聚物材料,是一类由一种或几种分子或分子团(结构单元或单体)以共价键结合成分子量高达 104~106 的具有多个重复单体单元的大分子,高聚物注浆材料是在非开挖工程修复中应用注浆技术的一种新型材料,该材料主要成分为异氰酸酯和多元醇,由于两种化学物质反应速度极快,故常通过机器利用高压气流雾化法进行注浆。(剩余10178字)
