Abstract：Carbon fibercompositerollrhas thecharacteristicsoflightweightand high strength.Whenappliedtotextileequipment，itcansignificantlyreducetheweight of therolerintheequipment.This canreduce laborintensityand improve operational eficiencyfortextileequipmentthatrequiresfrequentreplacementoradjustmentof therollr.Thestudyelaborates ontheaplicationofcarbonfibercompositematerialrolersintextilemachinery，aswellasthekeypointsofroller structure designand processdesign.Theaimis toexpandtheaplicationscenariosofcarbonfibercomposite materialrollers inthe textile industryandhavecertainresearch significance forthe engineeringapplicationofcarbon fibercomposite material rollers.
