不同固化温度对碳纤维/双马复合材料力学性能及耐热性能的影响

Abstract:A T8OO carbon fiber/bismaleimide resin prepreg with athicknessof 0.1 mm was domesticall prepared employinghot-melt impregnating process,basedonwhichthe2mmthickunidirectional composites wererespectivelyobtained under the curing temperatures of 230 C and 280 C . The mechanical property and heat resistance of the materialswere studied.The results evidenced that the curing degree of the materials were over 93% under both curing temperatures,and the glass transition temperature of the composite cured under 280 C was 90‰ higher than that under 230‰ . In addition, the retention rates of bending strength and interlayer shear strength were both higher than 65% at the temperature of , exhibiting excellent high-temperature mechanical behavior of the composites.

1引言

双马来酰亚胺(BMI)树脂固化物具有很好的耐热性,其聚合物的初始分解温度一般在 300% 以上,快速分解温度一般比初始分解温度高 200qC 左右,含有酰胺键BMI树脂的快速分解温度也比初始热分解温度高 150qC 以上,可见其耐热性相当高。(剩余6671字)
