沙戈荒极限高低温环境对碳纤维拉挤板的力学性能影响模拟研究

Abstract:At present,the mechanical propertiesof carbon fiber pultruded boardsare mostly studied in room temperature environment,and wind turbineblades aregraduallyappliedtothe extreme highandlowtemperature environmentof the ShagoeWilderness,buttheresearchfortheserviceconditionsof this typeof extreme highandlowtemperature environments has notbeen reported.Inthis paper,the mechanical propertiesofcarbonfiber pultruded panelsused inwind turbine blade girdercaps underhigh and low temperature extreme environments inthe Desert Gobi wasteland WindFarms were simulated andinvestigatedusingahighandlowtemperatureenvironmentchamber.Theresultsshowthatthetensile,compresiveand flexural mechanical properties ofcarbon fiber pultruded boards decayed in the high temperature environment (50°C,3h) , with the greatest decrease in flexural strength(modulus) in the 0∘ and 90∘ directions,which were 8.22% ( 3.50% )and 17. 76% ( 3.61% ),respectively.Whereas,in the low- temperature environment )enhancement,the greatest performance gains in the 0∘ and 90o directions were in flexural strength(modulus) and compressve strength(modulus),which were 6.41% 0 4.67% )and 18.00% (4.49 % ),respectively. The above performance changes are mainly related tothe fiberandresinmaterials themselvesandthe interfacial bondbetween thetwoasaffcted bytemperature.
