Abstract:In the manufacturing process of resin transfer molding(RTM)technologyforlarge aerospace irrgular rotating bodyanti thermal insulationcomponents,the problems of low molding acuracy,por sealing,and low molding effciency seriouslyrestrict their high-quality production.Therefore,thispaper developsanautomaticmolding equipment basedon RTMtechnology.Inresponsetothedificulties inthe processof moldforming,research hasbeenconductedonhigh-precisionmoldforming rotaryworktableandspecializedmold formingroboticarm.Combinedwithoptimized moldformingprocess anddetectiontechnology,thetechnicalbotleneckofautomaticmoldformingofaerospacelargeirregularrotatingbodiescontaining complex surfaces hasbeen overcome.The experiment shows thatthe precision of the equipments mold forming can reach ±0.10mm , which meets the requirements of mold forming precision for aerospace large -scale irregular rotating body anti insulation components,and provides a practical andfeasible solution forthe productionand manufacturing of suchcomponents.
