不同高性能工程树脂在玻璃纤维增强热塑性复合材料中的应用研究

Abstract:Inthis study,thecomposites weremade with electronic gradecontinuous glass fiberas reinforcementand PEEK, PPS,PEIandSUasmatrixresinrespectively,toinvestigatetheefectsofdifferentengineringresinsonthemechanical propertiesof the materials.Theresults show that:GF/PEEKcomposites have beter mechanicalproperties,tensile strength of more than 390 MPa, notched impact strength of , bending and compression properties are higher than GF/PPS. GF/PEEK,GF/PEIhave highshearresistance,interlaminar shear strengthofupto4OMPa,andtheirresins are goodfor fiber infiltration.Glassfiberreinforced polyether ether ketone compositeshavecertainadvantages in mechanical properties and infiltration effct,which can provide high -performance material solutions for many fields.
