不同高性能工程树脂在玻璃纤维增强热塑性复合材料中的应用研究

Abstract：Inthis study，thecomposites weremade with electronic gradecontinuous glass fiberas reinforcementand PEEK， PPS，PEIandSUasmatrixresinrespectively，toinvestigatetheefectsofdifferentengineringresinsonthemechanical propertiesof the materials.Theresults show that：GF/PEEKcomposites have beter mechanicalproperties，tensile strength of more than 390 MPa， notched impact strength of ， bending and compression properties are higher than GF/PPS. GF/PEEK，GF/PEIhave highshearresistance，interlaminar shear strengthofupto4OMPa，andtheirresins are goodfor fiber infiltration.Glassfiberreinforced polyether ether ketone compositeshavecertainadvantages in mechanical properties and infiltration effct，which can provide high -performance material solutions for many fields.
