职业院校劳动教育审美化的价值意蕴与实践方略

Abstract：Theaestheticizationofvocationalcollge laboreducationisbasedonthere-examinationoflaboreducation from the perspectiveofaesthetic principles，aiming tostimulate students’interestinlaborandenhance theirpleasureinthelabor process.By empowering thepsychological mechanismandsocial mechanismof labor education aestheticization，thereal challnges oflack of aestheticdesign，aesthetic experience，andaesthetic value in labor education can beefectivelyaddresed.Basedonthe multiple values of aestheticization in labor education such as spiritual value，goalvalue，and method value，vocational colegesshouldactivelyenhance theprecisionoflaboreducationaestheticizationbyincreasinglaborexperience，strengthen the intensityof labor educationaestheticization bydeepening participationfrom multiple sides，and improve the effectiveness of labor education aestheticization by perfecting the system and mechanism.
