高职院校“一站式”学生社区综合管理模式建设现实困境与对策

Abstract：Underthe backgroundofcontinuous progressand developmentof thesociety，moststudentsare influenced bythe society，especiallythesudents invocationalcollges，hoareintecriicalperiodofphysicalandmentaldeveopentwith independentthoughtsandconcepts.Therefore，vocationalcollegeswillhavediffcultiesinthemanagementofstudents.Inor dertomeet thedevelopmentof thetimesand theneedsofstudents，vocationalcolleges needtobuilda“one－stop”student community management model to promote theconstructionof community，and strengthen the efectofcomprehensivemanagement of students.The paper analyzes and discusss the value，realistic dilemmas and countermeasures of“one- stop" student community management mode in vocational colleges.
