Abstract:Withthedeepening implementationoftheinnovationdrivendevelopment strategy,thedeepintegrationof professional educationand innovationand entrepreneurshiphas becomeanimportant direction for higher education reform.As an importantpartoftheregionalinnovationsystem,theabilityandqualityof teachersininnovationandentrepreneurshipinlo caluniversitiesaredirectlyrelatedtothequalityandeffectivenessofthecultivationof innovationandentrepreneurshiptalents.How toefectivelycultivatetheabilityandqualityof innovationandentrepreneurship teachers inlocaluniversities to meetthedemandforinnovationandentrepreneurshiptalentcultivationintheneweraisacomplexandimportantissue. Basedonthis,thisstudyadoptedthebehavioral event interviewmethodtoconduct in-depth interviewswith2O teachersof inovationandentrepreneurshipinlocaluniversities,obtainingtheirkeybehavioraleventsinthepracticeof innovationand entrepreneurshipeducation.Throughtheencodingandanalysisoftheinterview textdata,theabilitymodelof innovationand entrepreneurshipteachers inlocaluniversities was initiallconstructed.Themodel wasrevisedthrough threeroundsofDelphi toformalocal universityinnovationandentrepreneurship teacherabilitymodel thatincludes twoprimarydimensions, sevensecondarydimensions,and28qualitycharacteristics.Basedontheresultsofthemodelanalysis,thedevelopment strategies forthe capabilities of innovationand entrepreneurship teachers in local universities were proposed.

《国务院办公厅关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》(国办发[2015]36号)明确指出,各高校要根据人才培养定位和创新创业教育目标要求,促进专业教育与创新创业教育有机融合,挖掘和充实各类专业课程的创新创业教育资源,在传授知识过程中加强创新创业教育。(剩余7448字)
