摘 要:在“双碳”背景下,文章基于包头市光伏新能源产业发展趋势,以包头职业技术学院电气工程系为例,在市场需求分析和校企合作基础上,构建了融合招生、培养和就业为一体的人才培养体系。并从学校和系部两个层面进行了实施,以保证人才培养工作的有效进行。

Establishment of a “Three-line” Talent Training system

Abstract:Under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,this paper takes the Electrical Engineering Department of Baotou Vocational and Technical College as an example to analyze the market demand and school-enterprise cooperation based on the development trend of photovoltaic new energy industry in Baotou,builds a talent training system integrating enrollment,training and employment,and implements it from school and department to ensure the effective progress of talent training.
