摘 要：黄炎培职业教育思想中关于校企合作的论述是当今产教融合理念的根源，在国家大力提倡产教融合育人新模式背景下，本研究通过挖掘黄炎培职业教育思想中产教融合理念及其在护理专业教育中的应用，分析护理专业在产教融合人才培养模式中凸显的问题，提出现阶段的优化策略，为护理专业产教融合人才培养提供参考。

Application Status and Countermeasures of Huang Yanpei’s VocationalEducation Thought in the Integration of Industry and Education in Nursing

Abstract：The discussion on school-enterprise cooperation in Huang Yanpei’s vocational education thought is the root of the integration of industry and education.Under the background of the new mode of integrating industry and education，this study digs the ideas of the integration in Huang Yanpei’s vocational education thought and its application in Nursing，analyzes the problems existing in the talent training of Nursing，and puts forward the present optimization strategy，which can provide reference for the training of Nursing talents integrating industry and education.
