论高职院校房产管理系统设计实现

摘 要：以包头职业技术学院为例，重点分析了房产系统的业务需求，设计系统总体功能模块及数据库表单，明确数据表逻辑关系，提出采用先进的前后端分离的体系架构模式，给出了系统主要功能的现实代码，总结了系统设计的特色。本文将为高职类院校房产管理实现信息化建设提供参考。

On the Design and Realization of Real Estate Management Systemin Vocational Colleges

Abstract：Taking Baotou Vocational & Technical College as an example，the paper analyzes the business needs of the real estate system，design the overall system function and database form，define the logical relationship of the data form，put forward the advanced architecture model of front and end separation，give the realistic code for the main functions of the system and conclude the features of the design，which provides reference for the real estate management in vocational college to realize the information construction.

在国家大力发展职业教育的背景下，高职院校迅速发展，截止2023年，教育部统计高职类高校已有1545所，数量已占到普通高等学校的一半。（剩余8936字）
