大学生自悯与抑郁的关系:负面评价恐惧的中介作用

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the relationship between self-compasionanddepressionamong college students,and to explorethe mediating roleof negativeevaluation fear between thetwo.Methods:Taking 6OO collgestudents from a medical universityin Ganzhou as theresearchsubjects,data was collectedusing theself-compassionscaleand Center for Epidemiological Survey,Depression(CES-D)andthe simple negative evaluation fearscale,and data processing was performed using SPSS 26.0. Results: (1) Self-compassion was significantly negatively correlated with depression and negative evaluation fear ( P<0.01 ).Fear of negative evaluation was significantly positively correlated with depression ( P<0.01 ).(2)Self-compassion could directly predict depression negatively ( β =-0.116,t=-8.52, P<0.001 , 95%CI -0.143--0.O89); (3)Self-compassion could negatively predict negative evaluationfear (β=-0.411,t=-17.80, P<0.001 , 95%(.1=0.320=-0.229) ,negative evaluation of fear can positively predict depression ( β =0.103,t=5.05, P<0.01 , 95%CI:0.O14-0.094),self-compassion negativelyevaluated the mediating effct of fearon depression significantly ( β =-0. 042,t=-2.540, P<0.001 95%CI:-0.075--0.011 ),and the mediating effect accounted for 26.58% of the totalefect.Conclusion:Fearofnegativeevaluationpartiallymediatedtherelationshipbetweenself-compassionand depression among college students.Enhancing self-compasion and reducing excesive fear of negative evaluation may serve as effective strategies for preventing and alleviating depressive symptoms.
