【Abstract】:According tothe trafic volumeofhighwayasphaltconcretepavement,travelingdesignsped,passing vehicle load and other actual conditions,completed the screening of raw materials needed for AC-16C asphalt mixtures,mineral mix ratio design,the best asphalt dosage,asphalt mixture performance verification tests.Test results show that:AC-16C asphalt mixture of the mineral ratio of 9.5~16 mm gravel: 4.75~9.5 mm gravel: 2.36~4.75 mm gravel: 0~2.36 mm sand:mineral powder =28:22:20:25:5 (mass ratio),the optimal asphalt dosage OAC is 4.4% ,rutting test dynamic stabilityof3150 times/mm,water-soaked Marshalltest residual stabilityof 90.7%,seepage coefficient of 36.5mL/minare to meetthe technical requirements.
