ISSR Analysis of Genetic Diversity of Carum carvi L. Germplasm Resources in Qinghai Region

AbstractObjective]Toexplorethegeneticdiversityandgeneticelationshipof15Carumcari germplasmsinQinghairegionandtopro vide theoretical support for the artificial cultivation of carvivarieties.[Method] DNA from 149 fresh leaves of C . carvi was extracted by modifiedCTABmethod,andthn10igeffciencISprimerswereusedfomleularlabeling.Result]Atotalof8412plymoicbnd were obtained,the total polymorphism ratio was 90.21% ,the average Nei’s gene diversity index ( )was O.5O,the average Shannon’s information index (I) was O.75,and the genetic similarity coefficient among C . carvi germplasm was 0.84-0. 97.
