AbstractUsigplantswithtypicalsymptomsofPlygonatummultfomlafspotdiseaseasrawmaterials,tepatogenicfungiwereisolatedfromthediseasedleavesusingtisueisolationmetodMorphologicalobservationandequenceanalysisofribosoalDA-(nteal transcribedspacer)regionwereusedtoasifyandidentifeathogenicfungi.eibitoryectsoftheantagonisticacteiaGlu conobactereeliH-cillssubilisdcilsgm-ntpagefuieedulsot themainpathogenscausingteleafspotdiseaseofPlygoatumultiformreEicocmsorhumandPestalotiopsismicospaute searchhafondattetagosticacteuofBcilussubtilisH-3dsrogiibitoetoothransofpatogsii tion rates of 91. 37% and 98.21% ,respectively;Bacillus magnetrium B-2 also had a strong inhibitory effect with inhibition rates of 44.98% and 95.49% ,respectively;whileGluconobacternepheli H-1onthetwopathogenicfungi mentionedabove wasrelativelyweak,withinibition rates of 31.89% and 50.41% ,respectively.In summary,Bacillus subtilis has the best antibacterial effect and can provide a basis for the research and development of biopesticides in the later stage.
