高职食品检测类专业学生工匠精神的内涵特质及培育路径

摘要 工匠精神是当前食品行业转型升级过程中高素质技能人才的必备素养。对食品检测类相关专业学生工匠精神的内涵组成进行了解构,对“匠心”“匠品”“匠术”三要素的混合培养模式进行了综合设计,并以食品分析与检测课程为案例,对该模型在课程中的应用进行了相应示范,以期为工匠精神在相关专业中的培养提供解决思路。

Epochal Value and Cultivation Path of Craftsmanship Spirit for Food Analysis-majored Students in Higher Vocational College

Abstract Nowadays,in order to actively promote the transformation and upgrading process of the food industry,it is necessary to cultivate craftsmanship spirit for high-quality skilled personnel. From the perspective of vocational education in the food testing domain,the paper analyzed the value composition and epochal value of craftsmanship spirit. A mixed cultivating path was designed according to the specialty of spirit elements,including ingenuity,quality,and skill. The course,food analysis and testing,was taken as an example to demonstrate the application of the cultivation model. The work of the paper was aimed at providing solutions for craftsmanship spirit cultivating in vocational education.
