摘要 结合北京市通州区平原生态林养护经营管理工作，分析ArcGIS技术在资源数据库建立、资源保护、预算管理、经营方案编制、监督管理等方面的应用，建立了科学有效的管理信息系统，提高了养护经营精细化管理水平，为实现森林资源科学有效管理提供参考。

Application Analysis of ArcGIS in Plain Ecological Forest Management of Tongzhou

Abstract This paper combines the conservation and management of plain ecological forest of Tongzhou，the specific application of ArcGIS technology in the establishment of resource database， resource protection， budget management， business planning， supervision and management was analyzed.A scientific and effective management information system was established. Maintenance management refined management level was improved. It provides reference for scientific and effective management of forest resources.
