合肥历史文化资源保护传承利用研究

——以本土非遗为例

Abstract：“Ke li Ke Qi” and“Wen Li Wen Qi” are highly recognizable city labels of Hefei. As a cultural city with a long history， Hefei needs to conduct in-depth exploration of intangible cultural heritage resources and achieve heir dynamic inheritance. Hefei's intangible cultural heritage features diverse cultural resources，spatial distribution and aggregation，as wellascultural resources with regional characteristics.However，at present， the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage in Hefei are confronted with several predicaments， including a fragmented legal system with insufficient departmental planning， unbalanced financial input with insufcient sustainability，a gap in innovation and transformation with low market adaptability，and a gap in intergenerational inheritance with weak guarantee mechanisms. Based on this， taking Hefei's intangible cultural heritage as the entry point， this paper deeply analyzes its current situation and predicament， explores a path of inheritance and protection that promotes the coordinated advancement of system optimization，financial innovation，industrial upgrading and talent revitalization，aiming to promote the dynamic inheritance of Hefei's intangible cultural heritage and enhance the public's cultural identity and cultural confidence.
