Abstract: Driven by the new round of industrial and technological revolution, the construction of a new energy system and the“dual carbon” strategy are accelerating their evolution.The development and utilization of energy resources are moving towards diversification, inteligence,low-carbonization and cleanliness,and the demand for new technologies, new disciplines and high-end talents is becoming more prominent. This paper analyzes the challenges faced in the stable supply and clean and effcient utilization of energy,explores the conotation of building a new coal-based energy system during the energy transition period,and proposes that efforts should be made to strengthen the practice of cuting-edge scientific and technological innovation,deepen the construction of disciplinary platforms,implement the strategy of strengthening the country with talent through collaborative innovation among industry,academia and research,and promote the clean and effcient development and utilization of coal-based energy and carbon sequestration and utilization,so as to serve national security and high-quality economic and social development.

据《中华人民共和国2024年国民经济和社会发展统计公报》,2024年我国一次能源生产总量49.8亿吨标准煤,消费总量59.6亿吨标准煤,其中煤炭消费量占能源消费总量达 53.2% ,天然气、水电、核电、风电、太阳能发电等清洁能源消费量达28.6%[1] ,我国已成为世界最大能源生产国和消费国。(剩余9322字)
